Our hosting services started as a sole proprietorship in 1999 and as we progressed, EMERGE was formed as a Private Limited company in 2001. By that time, we have purchased our own e-mail and hosting servers and moved our servers back to Malaysia for better support, control, system management and turnaround time. EMERGE has also increased its service base to include Internet Data Centre infrastructure outsourcing services as well to widen the targeted customer base. In 2004, EMERGE has data centre coverage in all 3 major Internet Data Centre in Malaysia (TM Net, Jaring and NTT MSC) and have also started to offer software development services and Mobile SMS hosting services in our service offerings. Today, EMERGE services over 25,000 corporate customers which includes private & public-listed companies, government bodies, web portals and organizations from all over the world and is currently managing more than 1,000 servers.
